No closing act for Feb, and May due to these being "special" meetings.
Feb will be Blue and Gold and May will be the "Graduation" meeting.
Please remember opening act should be "settled" as not to get the
kids "rowdy" and hard to settle down to get the meeting started.
Closing act can be rowdy as long as they are not out of control.
